Justine M Dunn is a British writer based in the countryside outside Ljubljana, Slovenia, having previously lived in California. She spends most of her time writing — and generally avoiding the real world.
Her published work includes the novels Beach Lanes, a parallel-universe romance, and The Foundling, a slow-burn family drama set in 1970s Wyoming, along with the short-fiction series The Curious Anthology. Her flash fiction has appeared in a number of online publications. More recently, Justine has turned her attention to screenwriting: she’s adapted The Foundling into a feature screenplay and written a new original feature, Ingrid and Sam.
When she’s not writing, Justine is usually outdoors — running, hiking, or exploring the Slovenian countryside with her husband, Jonathan, and their two dogs. She also draws, and takes on the odd crafty side project when the mood strikes. She finds inspiration everywhere, and loves doing cartwheels.
